T'ai Chi Evening

T'ai Chi is a living tradition of fitness & health, graceful movement and slow tempo as well as fluid natural postures. WOW! This is fantastic for all ages. It emphasizes balance, posture, breathing techniques & more. Day classes are Thu 1-2pm & Fri 10-11am. Evening classes are Tue 7-8:30pm.
